ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the defendents motion for continuance and an extension of time to file answer and affidavit of defendant Joan Crosby Tibbetts. For reasons stated on the record during the conference call, the Court ORDERS as follows:

1) The defendants are DIRECTED to remove the alleged violations on the website, www.Skippy.com, as agreed in the affidavit no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 13, 1999, pending final adjudication by this Court.

2) A hearing on the plaintiff's motion to show cause is SCHEDULED for Friday, August 27, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virgina, Alexandria, Virgina.

3) Defendants are Directed to file a response to the plaintiff's motion to show cause and memorandum in support no later than Monday, August 23, 1999 at 5:00 p.m.

4) Plaintiff is DIRECTED to file it's reply to the defendant's response no later than Wednesday, August 25, 1999 at 5:00 p.m.

5) All pleadings ahall be FILED with the Clerk of Court in the Alexandria Divison where this case is pending. Copie of all pleadings shall be sent by overnight mail or facsimile to the Chambers of Senior United States District Judge Richard L. Williams, Lewis Powell Courthouse, 1100 East Main Street, Room 228, Richmond, Virginia 23219: facsimile number 804-916-2249.
