WHY ? ?

I hate injustice and I think the Skippy case is a perfect example of the courts serving a special interest instead of justice. Several journalists reported that they could not access the Skippy.com web site. The problem was traced to the Skippy.com domain name not being distributed through the complete DNS system.

I created a copy of said site on my rjriley.com web site to allow them to view the disputed documents.

After being made aware of the Order dated 9-7-99 on 9-17-99, which forced Skippy, Inc. to assert copyrights to stop further disemination of their works by third parties, I started removing material which was part of the original Skippy web site.

CPC/Bestfoods counsel demonstrated just how difficult it can be to hire competent legal help. They were kind enough to make the complete Skippy.com web site a court exhibit. They even included web pages which had nothing they objected to in the exhibit. This made the site as it existed at two points in time forever a public document. You may see those documents at www.Skippy-SCAM.org/exhibit-B-1/ and www.Skippy-SCAM.org/exhibit-A-2/ . Enjoy
